Valve cover breather help

So I have a hole in my valve cover breather hose so I removed it and I cannot find a new hose online or any auto parts stores. Anyone know where I can find one? 1999 Jeep Cherokee 4.0. IMG_4044.jpgIMG_4043.jpg

Any parts store should have bulk vacuum line in different diameters. As long as it doesn't kink when you install it, it should work fine.
