This is it, the all new 2014 Jeep KL Cherokee rolling off the assembly line. What do you all think - Yea or Nay?

We've seen development mules of the next small Jeep crossover/SUV parading around for months. In our minds it was the 2014 Liberty, just wearing an Alfa Romeo Giulietta body but was also a good bit taller. Through these exclusive photos we've learned two things. First, it won't look anything like an Alfa. Second, it won't be a Liberty. This is the 2014 Jeep Cherokee. That's right, the Cherokee is back.

I had, and loved, a '92 Cherokee. This new one is a little too smooth around the edges for my tastes, and I think the headlights look funny. With bigger headlights I think I could stomach the rest of it better.
 
If you ask anyone, they will say they LOVED the old body style Cherokee. If Jeep were to take that body style get rid of that unibody and make it a frame and keep the older design look of it. and they modernized the interior and engine and things like that, and kept the solid axles I feel like they would make BANK! This thing... is not a Cherokee. I do not think I will ever be able to call this thing a Jeep Cherokee. I love the older Cherokees, to be honest it is one of my favorite cars of all time, this fugly thing just hurts.

Disgusting. Had a 96 cherry red Cherokee back in Phoenix and I loved it. Everyone loved that body style. This atrocity will be a huge flop...
 
Ew. That's really all I have to say for that.

I really hope they aren't trying to make it transformer-like with the super smooth edges.

It looks like a Kia... The most recent body style was nice in my opinion. Not good looking at all in my opinion
