I just wanted to make a comment about Switch-pros and there customer service. I had ordered a switch from them, In reviewing my build I found that I was only going to need 2 switches and that the 8 there was overkill for my application. I cancelled the order. I did not hear form them for a week and a half. Today I got a call at work and it was Switch-pros following up on my order, they had an issue in the cancellation so they had not refunded the money to my paypal account.
What was great is that she had to find me on the internet and get a number to call (the one on the order was old). Five minutes later I had a refund.
I cannot attest to the quality of the product as I did not use it. But I can say they went the extra mile in proactively contacting me to assure I was taken care of.
