Spare parts list for off-road trips

Caught the Bug
After having a YJ on our last outing blow a rear driveshaft and watching the owner replace it with a spare, even drilling out the broken bolt and using an ez-out to remove it, I was blown away. Now I want to have a kick ass spare parts and tool kit that will only ride in the back when I'm on trips. Lets start a list of essentials and good to haves. Also, what u-joint do I want for the rear stock driveshaft? I also have an Adam's 1350 front, so I'm guessing I need a 1350 spare. What else? Finally, what's a good "crate" that will fit next my fridge? I have 24" by 24" to work with.

Thanks! The first pic is how my work bench looks right now! I'm working through updating my daily carry tool kit, and then making the augmented super-duty-off-road with spares kit.
