I notice that while outside doing stuff, there is only so much you can legally do in order to try to be cooler, but it is pretty easy to add more layers in order to be warmer. So if you can not live on the beach in San Diego, then a place with snow is better.

Got to the top of the one way road that end at Trail Ridge Road, and was given the option of go to Grand Lake, or wait 20 minutes and follow the ranger back down. Chose to wait and went the wrong way on the uphill only road back to Estes Park.
