Caught the Bug
Planning on going with evo plush 3inch. Would I be okay with rancho 9000 on the rear for the 3-4 size lift if I add the evo rockstar skids?

The RS999330s will work. (Billed as 2.5 inch lift some places). Any longer and your springs will fall out. Make sure you have 3 inch bump stops or they'll bottom out.
