Replacing stock tie rod ends

So I'm trying to replace my stock tie rod end at the passenger side and am having a difficult time getting it to come loose of the tie rod itself... I have looked for a write up for this and cannot find one for just the stock tie rod... Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated thanks

For some reason I can not attach photos tonight.

Use a monkey wrench to hold it if you have no other tools... and add plenty of heat.
