Anyone use cotter pins to keep from nuts & bolts comming off. I keep having problems with just this 1 .its teraflex

Well, your first problem, is that it's a Teraflex part.

That being said, why not use a lock washer or get new hardware?

nylock nuts wear out. Go get some new ones and put blue loctite on the threads.

I got these nuts from hardware store they only been on couple months . Im gona try the locktite next didn't think of that.idk why they sent teraflex with my RK lift kit

You could, but that's pretty rare for a sway bar that you won't disconnect.
