Question about the bracket of EVOMFG 4.5" GAS HIGH CLEARANCE LONG ARM JEEP WRANGLER JLU SUSPENSION SYSTEM

I have a EVOMFG 4.5" GAS HIGH CLEARANCE LONG ARM JEEP WRANGLER JLU SUSPENSION SYSTEM.
But one of brackets, I have no idea to mount it.
Which part number is 12544revA.
Does anybody know where to mount this bracket ?

I honestly have no clue and don’t recall
ever seeing that bracket before. I’m starting one of these in the next day or two so I’ll see if it has the same bracket. I do know for sure on the JK kits, they also include some brackets for the Double Throwdown even if you aren’t installing one so this might be true for the JL as well.

I don't think my EVO LA Coilover kit came with that part...

The curve on that bracket sure looks like it would mount to an axle tube, not sure where or why but thats what jumps out at me.
