Just a quick hello from California. Currently a non Jeeper as I am trying to sell my truck to move into the world of Jeeps. When my truck does sell, I will be getting a 2012+ JKU rubicon, or a 2011 with a supercharger. If anyone here knows someone looking for a F150, it's listed on Craigslist OC. So, for now, I will just have Jeep envy. My wife had already named the Crush JKU, we hoped to get "Thunder", but that on slipped past us.

Welcome to the WAYALIFE. Best advice I can give you is go with the 2012 Rubicon. Get the Rubi.:thumb:

I personally would steer clear of a 2011. It was a really odd year and one that will leave you hanging as the motor is still just a 3.8L but has the computers of a 2012 with a 3.6L. There is little to no support for it. I personally would steer clear of a super charger as well. If you get a 3.6L, you will find that it has plenty of power for the JK all on it's own and without the issues super chargers have.

Good to know, 2012+ it is. I know that there is a wealth of knowledge to be had here and you've experienced a lot of jeeps.

I second what Eddie said, I unfortunately started with a 2011 and ended up getting a 13 rubicon a year later

Can't wait to do some runs, when I find my jeep, and the IE is just over the hill. I better have my jeep before Death Valley, next year.
