plane lands on Calgary street

A small piper plane had to land on a city street yesterday, just before rush hour. this is literally 2 mins south of the airport.

That would be freaky to be driving on that road, lol.

This happened to me on the weekend in BC just outside Merritt. Plane had just landed on very wide median when I went past. Just too weird to see an airplane sitting on the side of the road!
