On the Edge of a Cliff - Seatbelts ON or OFF?

If you had a good roll cage, wouldn't it be smarter to just put the seatbelt on? While you think you might act accordingly during an emergency, you actually never know what you'll do until you're faced with that situation.

I vote seat belts on.
