Next Upgrade

I’m looking to make the next upgrades to my rig. Lift, tires/wheels, ball joints, flat tube fenders, steering components, and gears are done. I have Rubicon so e-lockers are factory. Planning the next upgrade.

I was thinking drive shafts, then skid plates…. I’ve been out of this for a while so I thought I’d ask.

I would do at least the front drive shaft since they are known to fail especially if you lift allows for a lot of flex.

As for skid plates you’ll find mixed thoughts on them but in general if you’re looking to get a set. I’d stay away from full belly skids since they can hide potential leaks or failures. EVO makes a good solution that address the trans lines and oil
