Locker switches not lighting up...

So my locker switches do not light up when engaged, is the blue light conditioned to a signal or something? They are correctly wired, since they are working but they don't light up.

Is it an ARB compressor? If so, the small blue wire is for illumination. So when your dash lights are on, the buttons will also light up. I left mine disconnected so they only light up when the lockers are on.

Did you wire up the lights on the switch as well?
They have their own negative/positive outside of the wiring for the locker.
There should be three prongs, one is a HOT lead in for the locker, the other two are for the lights on the switch.
