Leveling kit, puck or spring

Hello everyone
My question will have subjective answers for sure, but I need to ask. My 2021 Wrangler Willys sat higher in the nose than my Gladiator Willys. The rear of the Gladiator sits higher than the Wrangler. I assume this is because it is a pickup that uses a Ram rear suspension design. I see so many different heights for leveling that I am confused. I assume any lift at all will move the axle laterally because of the track bar. What is a good height of leveling that will not require the track bar, and shocks be replaced? Is there a stock front spring/track bar from say a Mohave, or Rubicon JL or JT that will give a more level nose without tossing pucks in?

If you're looking for an exact height correction, coil spacers is what I would recommend. Virtually NO lift spring will give you what they are advertised to yield and so installing them may give you too much correction.

Thanks for the response. I get so many different opinions but from what I can decipher from the interwebs is 1.5" is about max without replacing the track bar, shocks, and possibly brake lines.
I was not sure if maybe a stock Mojave, or Rubicon spring might have a little more height. Seems looking at those, they appere to sit a bit higher in the front. Then I could just pick up some takeoffs along with the matching track bar.

You don't want to Frankenstein parts like that. I thought the Willys had the Rubicon suspension already anyways? A simple .75 front spring spacer from Synergy MFG. will probably be fine without going into a real lift.

The Willys does not use Rubicon springs. I was thinking if a stock rubi had taller front springs, I could easily score a pair of take offs but was not sure if the spring is indeed taller, or just has a different spring rate. If I can't find the answers, I will just go with a RC 1.5 leveling kit, and maybe upgrade the shocks. I am only looking to level the front a bit as the Gladiator has a nosedive problem the wrangler doesn't seem to suffer from as bad.

Honestly, I never understood why people would remove the rake from a truck and then still haul/tow with it.

I can see the 'rake' in the photo. But this is surely intentional given that the truck bed will sag when loaded. I recall that Eddie added something to remove the rake on one of his Gladiators.

Install the Acuair suspension to solve the problem.

LOL. Mostly the fender to tire gap is what drives me nuts. I think if I had not owned a JL Willys it might not bother me as much. The front of the gladiator looks like someone took the springs out. I will address it in the spring when the weather is warm.

The rake is there so when you haul stuff it doesn’t get all squat looking and squirrelly. Why not just put a couple hundred pounds of sand bags in the bed then it will sit level?

Yes. I know. I have had so many Silverados with the same rake. It just looks stupid in a jeep. Besides I do not tow or haul like I would with a full-size truck. Those days are over. The most that has or will ever go in the bed is chairs and umbrellas for the beach. I was not looking to change the rear, just bring up the front a little.

As I said before, if you know how much you're wanting to change the front, spacers will give you exactly that. If you get taller front springs, you will run the risk of looking ass low.

Not sure why I would get so much pushback on leveling a jeep. I was just wondering if there was a stock spring from a Gladiator or wrangler that had been found to give 1.5 inches of lift, or should I stick with pucks? Mine looks like ass, and I wanted it to look more correct.

Maybe the diesel springs, maybe the 392 springs from the wrangler. Seems like all I got was leveling a truck is wrong. Seems odd in a jeep group.

The expert advice provided was to use a spacer in order to assure the desired amount of lift without significantly changing the ride/handling.

Feel free to buy a bunch of springs and report the actual amount of lift achieved here.

Not everything is done with springs across various models. Sometimes the spring perch and bump stops are modified as well.
