Jeepers who workout, weights and gym thread

Been doing a heavy day and lighter day a lot lately and results have been pretty decent for 2 days a week. A little over a year ago my dead lift (straight bar) was a struggle at 225 for 4 or 5 reps and last week I pulled 335 for 2 sets of 5 reps. Back squat has gone from 135 struggle to 225 for 2 sets at 5 or 6 reps. Incline from around 115 at 2 sets to 205 at 2 sets. Not huge numbers but big changes from where I was. Still fat because holidays and I like food but here we are.

Anyone have a homemade protein bar recipe they like? We keep pure protein bars here at the house. They're really good and buy a big box at sams, 23 count for $25. The macros seem really good and all, but been thinking about making some at home. Looking for something that can be taken on the go so something that has to stay cold is kind of out for me. There's an abundance of recipes online obviously but wanted to see if anyone has one they swear by or if I'm just as well off with what we're doing.
