I love the steering wheel.

Now that may sound like a ridiculous thing to love about my '13 JKUR but I really do. I have had all manner of vehicles including some very high performance cars (the last being an '09 M3 coupe with a heated steering wheel) and honestly this is the best feeling steering wheel out of any of the vehicles I've ever owned. The leather is absolutely perfect. The grip diameter is spot-on and the wheel diameter itself is just right.

If you think about it, the steering wheel is the user interface for lack of a better word and Jeep just nailed it with this one. Apple couldn't have done a better job designing it.
 
I hate the steering wheel in my '08. Too big around and too skinny. I also hate the seats. I test drove a '13 this summer and you're right, that's a real nice wheel. I found the seats much better too.
 
Yeah I can't say the same for the '09 2 Door Rubi I had. Did not care for the wheel in that at all.
 
Yeah I would have to agree with you on that. I love the steering wheel on my 12'. Wish they would improve the comfort of the seats though.
 
I have a 13 jku and my wife has a yota. Every time in drive her car or any other my body is begging to be in the jeep. They nailed it with the new wranglers. They are just so comfy.
 
My seat is ok in 2012. i test drove either a new 13 or 2014 at dealer. Seats seem to be a little better. But can not complain bought my Jeep used came in tan leather and heated seats so that is nice.
 
I know jeep purists will say that "its a Cadillac now...what a disgrace to a Jeep" but I love my 13's creature comforts!!! The steering wheel is a million times better than my 07 JKU. The diameter of it is so much better than that tractor wheel they used to use. My only wish is that the volume control and the channel control were switched behind the wheel. I always change the channel on accident when I want to turn up the volume. The seats were improved since 12' and are a ton better than the 07-11 but its still nothing close to my Acura TLs seats!

Yes my brother's 13' has some nice comfy seats so I guess they did improve a little over a year.
 
I have taken my Jeep out twice since buying it on black friday. And damn this thing rides and drives like a cadillac off and on road. I have a 2000 TJ built exactly like a Rubicon. These new JK's are nice with all the creature comforts and longer wider wheelbase. Love it. All the steering controls and odometer displays etc damn nice.

Ha! Try commuting 64 miles a day on I-10 from NM to TX in a CJ7! Of course its going to be better, if they still made Jeeps that ride like CJs no one would have a spine left!! I hit bumps so hard going down the interstate the seatbelt was all that kept me from getting thrown out! I'm with you Stizzy! I'm loving my 13'! I ordered my 14' with the connectivity group just to get the leather steering wheel I liked it so much!
