Excessive smoke on inclines or off camber obstacles

Hello, anyone have a cure to this issue of oil be burned off when the Jeep is tilted up or to one side?

Move through the obstacle instead of sitting there for long periods of time.

My guess is that you're blowing smoke when you're heavy on the gas too. Pretty common on older 3.6L.

I had the same sort of issue right when I got my JK. Smoked when heavy on the gas, even while not climbing. Drove through it and it stopped itself.

I have only had it happen when the Jeep gets tired and has to lean over on something. I tell people it is resting and taking a smoke break before getting back to work

Yeah every now and then you get a little hung up, then smell like burnt oil all day lol

Catch cans are snake oil. The blow by you’re seeing is normal especially for an older 3.6L

A catch can is only going to waste money. It won’t help this.
