Living in California for some is simply the Jeepers Dream. From Desert to High Mountain Trails, California has it all. Resource's such as books or map's can offer the Jeeper with the info needed to head'em in the right direction. From one such resource written by
Charles Wells I was able to find all the info I needed to run this trail, It's name is Eagle Peak. The trail is located by Sonora, CA and according to the book it's not a difficult trail and I took advantage of the time. I'm so glad I did, let me tell you, the view from the top of Eagle Peak is outstanding. Here's are a couple of pics, Enjoy:
