door storage on long(er) trips?

When going out of town someplace, where do you store your doors when you take them off once you've reached your destination?

Some have just left them in their hotel rooms.
Or if your camping, just lean them up against
A tree or boulder.

That the benefit of running a soft top. It can be removed and left with the doors. A hard top would be a bit more challenging.

True, I guess a hotel room would work. I like to camp though so I guess I could just get a long cable lock and some blankets to keep them from getting scratched up, and lock them to a tree...
