Cut Fenders - Legal in NJ?

Yea, cause remember NJ is now emissions only!!!

I was able to pass with a crack across the windshield.

Wow! Good news! NJ has changed. Had a BMW 2002 and they sent me packing 'cause the car had the high beam flasher working. Every state is slightly different and it's hard to keep up. :thumb: to NJ!
