So figured i might make a place to hear the good and the bad when it comes to fixing/replacing/shipping or anything like that, to show just how good or how bad a seller is!

I would like to start with ARB I got my new twin air compressor and the cap broke, called them up and bam no problem ill send one right out! It was a short wait and the guy even sent it out 2 day so i could have it for the trails! When it comes to places like this i will keep going and keep sending people there!

Also Today i noticed that the front left break line was leaking a little, turns out that it really need to be replaced. I called Rubicon express and explained that i have only had this kit just under a year, he said no problem whats your info. Yet again boom ill send a kit right out for you, (thats 2 break lines that go for $119) he even rushed them out do to my reuest about saftey driving to work!

Figured this is a good place to share you storie so that other can maybe see the real light companies have after the product hits the home owners floor!! Thanks ARB and Rubicon Express!

1. Called company that makes rock sliders because mine had flexed into body. This happened despite them being welded on as well as bolted on. Got told that it was impossible. Sent pictures to prove it. Company grudgingly admitted it was happened, but said it was because I abused them. The email is quite rude. Note: this is not the body flexing in to support legs, but actual rail flexing up. Rail extends 17" past last support. Im going to weld in another support further back because I like everything else about rails.

2. Called company about how I couldn't figure out how to attach accessory. Company asked me to email pictures. Owner of company immediately emailed me asking some follow up questions. Turned out it was a design issue due to a change in model years. Owner apologized and worked with me to come up with temp fix. Listened to my ideas, and said he would work on permanent fix right away. Asked if I needed anything. Awesome service.

3. Bought used trek top NX that leaked. Called Bestop to buy foam seal kit. They insisted on sending it for free.

I would prefer not to name company 1. Company 2 is Trek Armor. They really do take pride in their products.

Thats cool sorry you had a hard time with company 1 and glad to see that #2 trek armor is pretty stand up!

I purchased a used Trektop NX and the header on the passenger side was cracked all the way through and was not sealing. Contacted Bestop to see about getting a replacement. After a couple if emails they offered to replace the complete bikini cover and header at a reduced price. Saved a bunch of cash.
