Cherokee water leak issue

Looking for some help if anyone can tell me what this rubber piece is called or where I could order a new one? I live in Canada. It doesn’t seal properly and I’ve noticed water leaking into the engine bay around the hinge. Additionally the foam thing on the inside of the fender under the hinge assembly is soaked.

Unfortunately, it might be hard to track down a seal like that. Omix-ADA and Crown do make a lot of replacement seals though for older Jeeps and I would check with them. I'll have to give my FSM a look to see if I can find out what that one is called.
