Can I add coil spacer in a 3" lift ?

I have 3" lift in my jk 2012 and I'm install heavy duty bumper and winch now is sagging can add coil spacer to compensate ?
 
Yes I did the same thing! Poison spyder bumper and winch made it sag a little. Grabbed a .75" puck spacer set for the front and solved the problem. No issues!
 
Yes very common to add a small spacer along with your lift spring to get the height your looking for, especially after adding weight. I had to add a 1/2" spacer to the rear of mine (Currie lift) after adding bumper and 37" spare tire. I happened to be at Currie for a different part and mentioned it to them and they gave me a new set of springs to correct the problem. They asked for the old ones back because they wanted to figure out what had happened so I gladly returned the old ones. I had a great experience with Currie customer service, of course this was in 2008 so maybe things are different now.
