Best type of bushings for rear sway bar frame mount and links?

What to replace my rear sway bar bushings. Stick with oem replacements or poly bushings?
Need frame mount and bushings for the stock links.

Is your Jeep lifted? If so I say replace them with longer or adjustable aftermarket ones. If not polyurethane couldn't hurt.

Me personally, I like the rubber OE bushings for the frame mount. Polyurethane tends to squeak. For the links, you might be able to replace the bonded rubber end but the spherical joint is a one and done kind of thing. If the bushings need to be replaced, you probably need new links.
