anyone have experienced camping at gold lake in December?

i'm planning to camping at Gold lake at the new years eve. I know I can't go little dear lake but can I access to just Gold lake camp ground?

That campground is currently closed. If you visit the forest service website it gives you all the info or you could call the local office of where you want to stay.

If you still want to go to the area, there is a place that has these tent/cabin things for rent in Graeagle. They might be open.
