392s and Gladiators - 2023 vs 2024

I am currently in the market for a new Jeep in the next week or so, still not sure which way to go yet but definitely leaning in the direction of the 392 instead of the Gladiator. I have my eye on two of them, one is a 2023 and the other is a 2024 (a little more expensive but it’s the color I want and it’s closer to me by about 3 hours). Both have the 4.56, 35s, factory lift, hard top and similar miles. The 2023 might come with the soft top as well.

I know the interior has changed with the different years, but wanted to see what else might have changed. What year did the rear axle change to full float? Did the FAD go away as well or is that 2025?

I also have my eye on a couple 2025 Gladiators at Peterson in Idaho, my search for them have kinda gone to the back burner since getting the 392 bug. They have a sweet deal going on till the beginning of November, nearly $10k off sticker price. I’d really like to hold off on the Gladiator until they come out with the 392 🤪 I don’t necessarily need the truck bed at this point in time but it’s nice to have it on the occasion.

Just would like to hear some insight from you all to see what your experiences have been with the changes or if you’d stay away from a particular year for any reason.
