I recently started having an issue of getting my jeep into 4lo. Once I took the old one out the end on the tcase was broke. I bought a replacement transfer case cable and this has not solved my issue. There isn't enough room to shift back into 4lo and the cable appears to be to short. Does anybody have any advice? Thanks in advance

First off, are saying the cable broke or just the plastic bushing that goes on the shift lever. The later is typically what breaks and is a super cheap fix. Either way, did you make sure that the shift lever on transfer case AND the lever on your center console are in the same position?
