I bought the gladiator new off the showroom and have almost 38k on it now.
My current setup is:
Teraflex 3.5" lift, front control arms
EVO front and rear bumpers
Combat Offroad Aluminum fenders and tail lights
DV8 inner fenders and sliders
Fox 2.5 remote resi shocks
Rock Jock anti rock front sway bar
Rocktrix wheels
37" Milestar Patagonia MT02s
It is far from done/perfect and hopefully in the next year I'll make a lot more upgrades...
