That was pretty cool. I've seen a Dirt Every Day video where Fred puts one through its paces and it seemed a little more lacking in the power department as at some point he had to have one of the camera crew give a little push to make it up a bit of an obstacle.

I took mine off for a while planning to buy an aftermarket bumper that would fit right with flats but decided to get a second car in case I break something and just put the plastic one back with a little trim job. I'm not really a fan of the no bumper look.

Congrats on the new Jeep. Mine still fits in the garage, although I did have to remove the thin strip from the top of the door way.

I red somewhere that running two antennas, one on each side mounted identicly will give you more range in front and behind but you will get less to the sides

I like the bead lock look but not the price or legality. I usually only drop to 20/25# and if your rim is 9" and your tire is 13.5" its not so likely to come off the bead anyhow. I just went with American Outlaws, Shotguns for the time being

Stupid plastic bumper mod

I wheel fairly often and mainly use them only on very bad obstacles. If you use them with too much traction you could break an axle shaft not to mention without hydro boost in your steering the front being locked is near impossible to steer.

Picked up an SRC stinger bumper with an XRC8 winch off Credits list for $500 and installed it
