the metal fuses with the nut on the head on fusebox. Anyway.... I got everything to work. It was all 10000% user issue. I should have read the instructions on wiring the kill switch on the winch. I basically fried my battery. Oh well..... lesson learned. All good now.

I realized today I screwed up the wiring on the winch. All my fault for not reading instructions on the kill switch. I got the jeep started. Hi pulled out the mega block fuses and #3 is bad. #4 is a spare. I wired it and she fired up. Jeep life ain’t for sissies, that’s for sure. lol.

I put a new battery to test it and see if I needed a new aux battery too. Now the jeep is completely dead. Not even a door light will turn on. Nothing. I checked all the fuses. I don’t know what to do. I’m beyond frustrated.

Yes. It started with the Altima battery. But every damn check engine light in the world came on. The power steering pump wouldn’t even let me turn the wheel.

Any idea how to test it without having to take it out?

Jesus!!! I just disconnected the kill switch and wired it to the battery…. No sparks. Winch works.

If I even put the leads on the battery now it sparks like a mofo!!! Holy shit.

Ok…… so I put jumper cables on it and let it charge up with my truck for 30 minutes. It acted like it wanted to turn over so I thought that was weird but would never really make a full turnover to start. I gave up and for grins I attached my jumper cables to the winch cables while my truck was...

I wasn’t sure which fuses to check. The odds of it being a fuse seemed remote since it was the winch and starter not working. I just detached the main winch cables from the battery. I had the winch cables mounted to the main terminal.

Yes. Lights and dash are all normal.
