I'll mount them up when I get the kit installed and see where/if it rubs, thanks. Like I said, the mounts are part of the kit, so at least I'm not paying extra for something that the consensus is against.

That's fair. They come with the kit/shock combo I ordered, so if it opens up wheel options I won't install them. I don't remember having them on my JL, it had a Gamechanger lift, but it wasn't installed by me so I didn't pay much attention to anything but inspecting what was there occasionally.

I have the chance to buy these, but I am installing a Metalcloak 2.5" Gamechanger lift and want to be sure they'll clear the outboard shock mounts.
