    Headlight Aiming After Lift

So, 2020 JT Rubicon. Sitting stock except for 35's, which I never adjusted the headlights for. When I install the 3" lift, should I take top of light cutoff to where it is now, or a little lower to compensate fro the different angle? Back when I was a "kid", I truly didn't give a damn. Now...

    Rancho Shock Questions

No instructions in the boxes, so going to ask here. I assume these are body down and rod up. Unlocking the shock, turn rod counterclockwise and pull or let the rod extend on it's own? Also, is it best to "prime" these before installation?

    Riddle Me This

Getting parts ordered to go with a 3" lift on a `20 JT Rubicon. Are drive shafts a concern at 3"? No, I don't have anything extreme in mind going off road. If they are a concern, can I get by with OEM while waiting for new ones to be built after taking measurements?

    This is just TOO Funny

So, I know they are a hated entity around here, but I entered <Evil Empire> 12 Days of Christmas. I just got an email stating I won their grand prize, and I CAN'T USE IT. 🤪 We've been trying to get in touch with you about your car's extended warranty....JUST KIDDING! We've actually been...

Explain to me WHY this is worth this much....

I like the looks of it. It's clean and tight to the body. It has corner protection built in. It has skid plates for the bottom of the bumper to prevent hanging up on things. But $2700 for 3/16" steel bumper that is smaller than less expensive bumpers...

    Prime Day Heads Up

Tekton 3 piece Torque Wrench set (including the 50-250 ft-lbs) is on sale for $119.19. That's the only thing I checked, my in-lbs 1/4 had croaked and my Craftsman 200 ft-lbs 1/2" doesn't like 190 ft-lbs, so upgraded.

    Yankum Ropes, anyone using them?

I have an opportunity to purchase some at a decent discount. Are these things any good or just more of the same over priced stuff?

    Hard Top Sound Dampener

Okay, contemplating pulling the factory headliner off and installing some Kilmat and then putting the headliner back up. As I have never done this process on fiberglass, and what little info is out there isn't specific. What grit sandpaper would one use to give the fiberglass some tooth? It is...

    New Tool on the Way

After doing the drag bar link last weekend I've decided I'm done throwing tires on and off the old fashioned way. Thought about it, did some research, and have one of these on the way. They all look awkward to me, but this has adjustability on the width which in turn will adjust the height...

    Charger Question

Specifically, solar powered Battery Tender. Anyone use one? Do they do the job of maintaining an automotive battery of a vehicle that mostly sits? My backup vehicle is an 2008 Chevy Uplander Soccer Mom mini van that I've gutted the interior from behind the front seats to the rear lift gate. It...

EV ATV Battery Fire at SEMA

@wayoflife & @CarsonCindy Were you in the building when the EV ATV battery started smoking and eventually caught fire? Saw a short clip on FB and they rolled it out of the building as it was getting worse and left it in the middle of an open looks to be dock area where nothing else was around.

    To the Florida Peeps

Hoping that you, your families, your friends, your critters all come through this unharmed. Yes, personal stuff got ruined, but stuff can be replaced, people and fur babies not so much. If I was younger and in better shape I would already be packed and heading that way to help with clean up. I...

Anti Rock (Torsion) Sway Bar Questions

Okay, I keep seeing questions about going to various anti rock (mechanical) sway bars. I have always thought that TOO much restriction on flex was nearly as bad as not enough. Yet people seem to be jumping all over these glorified torsion bars and ditching the factory sway bar set up. If the...
