For me on 37’s the 4:10’s with the Motech geared atlas is perfect. If you’re going with 40’s stick with the 4:88. The 10speed is a great transmission I can cruise at 80 at around 2100 rpm. 4 low I usually have to bump shift up to 3rd 1st is still plenty low for crawling
