I'm sure they will fit. I've got bushwacker flats and rugged ridge lights and there are no fit issues. These are slightly wider than stock but not enough to really mess with anything.

Well it's not factory trimmed fenders, but I have 33s, bushwackers, and teraflex 2.5". There is a lot of gap but not horrible. When I upgrade to 35s this summer it will be perfect IMHO.
