JT- Electrical Plug under driver side cowl - What is it for?

I have looked everywhere for the answer and I can't figure this out. On my JTR, under the driver side cowl, there is a wire with what looks like an Anderson plug but I think it is another type of plug. Does anyone know what it is? Thanks in Advance.

If I upgrade my whole suspension and put my JT on 40's with all the goodness that requires, could I put my Rubicon suspension on my son's JT Sport? If the EVO guys are seeing this, I guess I'll be writing them a respectable check. :)
