Has anyone relocated there winch control boxes to under the hood somewhere? If so, did you make up something on your own or did you buy some sort of kit? I currently have mine mounted on the M8000 in the standard position and I don't like it because it makes contact with the bottom of the grill.

Yes the VR series has parts from China but if I remember correctly the M8000 is 100% made in USA. I have it on my two door so it's plenty strong enough, however you could get away with it on a JKU especially if you use some snatch blocks.
