Stepping up from 37’s to 40’s. Axles are Dynatrac XD60/80 with 4.88 gears and will raplace drive shafts to Adams. Mostly doing the tougher end of the AZ trails. Will the Rubicon transfer case be strong enough for this setup? Not ruling out an Atlas 2 of course... but there will be an LS swap...

About to do an LS swap on my 2017 jku. I will need a 2017 or newer engine to keep it road legal. Of course I prefer the lowest possible millage on the donor’s engine but wanted to ask what kind of mileage range will be acceptable to your opinion? Gen V L86 6.2lt and 8 speed tranny.
