    Best nutsert tool?

You're welcome. We used these @ work before going with air powered models. I bought mine before turning my Jeep into Swiss cheese. :D You can set the depth, but I practiced on some scrap before using it on the Jeep. Good Luck! Steve

    "Snoopy" - 1946 CJ2A Project

Well it looks like the transmission is shot (full of water, sludge and loose syncros) :grayno: I've never done one before but I guess it's time to learn how to rebuild a transmission

    "Snoopy" - 1946 CJ2A Project

Here's a couple of updates: The first thing I was going to do when I got it was a tune-up and new carb. Went to pull the plugs and they were so rusted they just disintegrated, so I had to pull the head. Here's a shot of one of the better plugs. Once I got the head pulled, I had to bust out...

    "Snoopy" - 1946 CJ2A Project

Picked up a non-running 1946 Willys to mess with last month and have been encouraged to start a thread. I will try to update the progress until completion or it gets to be to much and I sell it :) Anyway here are a few pictures of it when I picked it up.

    Random Willys of the day

Ok, not much to look at, but picked this one up last month. 1946 CJ2A. Doesn't run, dirty, rusted, but for $1,600, I figured it might be fun to play with. It's probably more then I'll want to tackle, but we'll see.

Opinions and stats on your preferred lighting kits light bars or old school style

I started out with the KC setup. I changed to a LED setup to lower the height of the Jeep when I decided on running 40's. I had to tilt the KC's back to get in the garage with 37's. Also, if you do five on a light bar, they do cause a lot of wind noise. Here's a couple of pictures with the...

    Best LED bars and lights?

A vote for Inspired Engineering. Good quality, good price, lifetime warranty and great to work with. I needed a longer wiring harness for the lights in the back to the SPOD up front and a call to Sami and it was taken care of, at no additional cost.

    Poison Spyder crusher flares

Yes, finding the 17/32" drill bit was the hardest part. After trying Sears, and several auto parts stores, I ended up finding one at Northern Tool. Went with the aluminum version. Had the underside/tubes black powder coated and the top paint matched red.
