So yesterday we finally bought a JK. White 2016 Rubicon Unlimited. The experience was a long time coming as we'd been battling cost vs need for the better part of 2 years. I had test driven just about every Wrangler on the lot over the past 3 months and the sales people eventually just let me be...
At work we have a Polaris sxs that came with a set of the non pneumatic tires. This thing has about 500 miles on it. They didn't rotate them every 20 miles (or ever) but the rears are shot.
Yeah my truck project is rusted all to hell and needs extensive metal work. Luckily i'm not going for a classic restore and plan to use the shit out of it so making it perfect isn't a high priority.
Pretty cool video (as usual). When I was first looking at the Renegade online I didn't care for them very much. After seeing yours with some aggressive tires and actually being used like a real Jeep I feel like they have more potential than I had previously given credit. Excellent job.
Dropping in to wave and say hello from Cincinnati, Ohio.
I'm currently building a 47' Willys Truck that I plan to wheel and daily drive.
I'm hoping to make the pilgrimage to Moab in 2017. :D
Nice to meet you all!
