It was such a great time and awesome video! Love the shots around the sink hole! This was a bucket list trip since I bought my Jeep 10 years ago and started watching the Wayalife channel. Thanks for welcoming us! Hopefully we get to wheel again in the future!
My wife was originally going to go with me, but she has to go to Florida for work. This means my brother and I will be making the drive out from Ohio. We leave New Years Day and will be in Mesquite sometime on the 3rd. Looking forward to meeting everyone!
That's funny that you mention it getting fenced off. The first time we visited, I thought to myself, I know I've seen Jeeps right up next to the sign. I knew I wasn't going crazy.
Does anyone have pictures of their Jeep in front of the Jeep plant in Toledo? We stopped by here in 2022 on our way back from Silver Lake Sand dunes and Drummond Island. The older picture was our first visit in 2019 when we went to Toledo Jeep Fest in my wife's JL.
I get out of Ohio as often as I can, especially when it involves getting the Jeep out west. I'll always take the desert over the mud. We do plan to move out west once the kids go on to college. Possibly the Flagstaff area, but that's still TBD.
Honeslty, it's the people that make the rides, not the trails. I'd be honored, even if it stays in 2wd. After the ride, we'd either venture down into Arizona, Sand Hollow or Moab to hit some more challenging stuff while out west.
Hey Eddie, I'm Jason from Southern Ohio. I've been watching your videos since I bought my 2013 JK back in 2015 and many of the older JKX videos (espescially the Heartland series) served as an inspiration for my build. I would be honored to join you on this ride. It would be my wife Lindsey...
Would anyone be interested in a Windrock ride on Black Friday this year? I'm thinking mostly blues, but a black here and there wouldn't be out of the question.
