Thanks for your comment! You seem to be an expert on how the FAD system works. So, can you explain how it actually works? I'm driving down the road in my Rubicon with all 4 wheels on the ground and I ask myself... Where does all that energy in the front axle go while in 2wd? What is the ring...

On 2018 to 2024 Wranglers with part time 4wd, there is a FAD (front axle disconnect) Basically, the front DS does not spin while in 2WD.

Clocked 762 miles from Santa Rosa NM to Little Rock AR. Windy the entire way. Sucked!
