I would go with a 2.5" lift and flat fenders if I did it all over again. I'm running a 3" lift with 35/12.5 r17. I'm also running 4:88 gears. 4:88 is good for 35's and 37's

I think the stock wheels are at 6.25 so with your spacers you should be at 4.75. So your new wheels would be a little wider

I was going to buy a set of level 8 bully pros but I came across a set of chamber pro 2's for my 2 door jk. The guy selling them is only asking $20 more per wheel than the bully pros. Any advice from the veterans would be appreciated. Should I go pick them up or not?

If you are only going to run 35"s I wouldn't go over 2.5" of lift. No need to mess up your geometry and raise your center of gravity. I'm running 35s with a 3" lift but that was all done before I became a member here so I didn't know any better.
