Thanks for hosting a giveaway! Just got home from a long Jeep Vacation :)

I figured my wave thread was as good a place as any to brag a little bit, I'm nearing completion on my trailer build that I started in October! The pictures are in reverse order as I just picked them out of my phones photo stream.

Interesting! I had success plugging a tire right at the edge (tread/sidewall) but it was just a pin hole. Did you make it very far on the patch before it blew?

So when I said I didn't think it could be repaired safely I was right?

I get that... But it held? Did you put 15 of them in the gash? I'm more looking for the 'how' in case I need to limp off a trail one day. Edit: I just realized you weren't the guy that has done it, thanks for your input though, I'll wait for another reply

How did you manage that? My understanding it that once the sidewalk is compromised, not only is it illegal, but can't be repaired safely...

More of a view of my work, I work in the air traffic control tower on the right. The big plane in the photo is a C17 Globemaster. I'm flying in an airshow aircraft, this was just after some acrobatics :) perks of the job.
