I’m thinking a foot or two high of welded wire mesh perimeter with a single strand of energized high tensile strung on it. Think of a miniature cattle or horse paddock style

Damn I hate squirrels. They do a ton of damage around here too. Only solution I’ve found is constant and persistent death. From various traps and my dog. It’s a pain in the ass to keep up on but I knock them down pretty hard.

Good for you man. Thats great. Very similar path for my wife and I. Both feel so much better off the sugar.

How long have you been on it? I mostly enjoyed it. Definitely didn’t love it like others claim and I already eat very high protein so the switch wasn’t all that drastic.
