I am doing. Complete rebuild on my 1985 cj. I'm currently rebuilding my dana 300. I pulled out the shift rods and the springs and poppets don't move the way they should. It looks to be a small plug over the holes to get them out but I'm not sure where to get plugs to put back in or if no one...

I have a 1978 258 to put in my 1985 jeep cj 7. I need a master rebuild kit but I'm not sure who makes the best (quality) kits. Can anyone enlighten me and if so can you briefly describe why you think so? Thank you.
