Rock rails trimmed perfectly! Was able to reuse the end caps as well thanks to a clean cut courtesy of one of my favorite tools. Giving the Jeep a wash, painting the rear fender wells black, and applying some door edge moulding I picked up today to the flares are next on the itinerary.

What Overlander said, trimming the OE Rubicon rock rails but the pinch seam looks fine. Will do a flex test soon.

My Dana 30 doesn’t think so 😂 Regear and axle are next on the list.

After! Have to trim up the rocker guard a bit which is why it’s been removed. Will post more pics when they’re back on.

Second flare done! Front is looking great, working on the brace for the passenger side still but I sanded down the edges and am super happy with the outcome. On to the rears!
