I have had a mid interest in 3D printing and CNC over the years since its inception. Never pulled the trigger on a printer though. Saw this today and it’s pretty amazing what folks are doing with it.

Do you have the one piece passenger axle shaft or still the two piece? If one, maybe it’s just because the gears are running full time like the rear. I believe there’s only the one outboard on the FAD box. When I had the one piece Carbon shaft, my seal leaked there all the time and I replaced it...

No, their warranty is 12 months and I’ve had them installed nearly two years. I still like them, I just likely didn’t have the preload sleeve set correctly so 35k is probably not bad.

Yeah, it was actually hard racing. Bumps in the corners, which Dale was a monster at, and fights afterwords, made it awesome.

When they homogenized the cars and them the tracks to the modified D I was pissed. When they ruined Bristol and then went woke I was done.

Actually, I don’t think they are now. They’re easy to move but not sloppy and there’s no vertical slop at all.

Called Synergy because these only have 35k on them. Dave helped me said he’s “NEVER” seen a failure on the JL/JT BJ’s. Said that the preload sleeve was set wrong or moved. So now I’m resetting that. But of course, I can’t get the lower to release. Lol

Guess it wasn’t the wheel hub, well, one of them I think was bad, but this second new one is doing the same click at 12/6. Had a buddy come over and we tried to figure out wth is going on. Apparently it’s my ball joints. I had Robyn video before and I saw no movement, should’ve had her feel for...
