I have some brake issues half sorted out, if stops enough to take it for a spin. I ended up having to put a fuel regulator on it. I’m hoping a more expensive fuel pump period correct the pressure. Anyways !! It runs great ! A little different than my other jeeps, but lots of fun !!

It kicked my ass a bit today. I couldn’t get fuel to the carb. Turned out to be something in the line. 🙄 I still need to do some carb adjustments, the hesitation is from the float bowl over flowing or to much fuel pressure from the new pump. I’m gonna take it for a spin tomorrow

Started rebuilding the carb today. This this has way more passages than my 53 A1 or the FC and wagon. I also swapped out the master cyclinder and bled some brakes. It’ll stop :)

Little more work today. Ran new fuel lines, cleaned the tank, new fuel pump, removed the wheels and checked the brakes. It appears they all have newer wheel cylinders. Not much more I can do until parts arrive.

That was literally the first time it fired up to run it, the belt gave out. Fn ford’s always breaking down. It really smoothed out after that video. I took time to install the top and spare tire,

Well, it has oil pressure and enough to make the oil canister leak. It also fired up with one shot of starting fluid, I grabbed some parts from my other flatty project. Unfortunately this carb won’t work. Soon as I rebuild kit for this carb, it’ll be running 😍

Started working on getting it fired up today, pulled the fuel tank, pump and lines. None of this shit is original. At some point I’ll get it close . I ordered a carb rebuild kit, some brake parts. Started spraying PB blaster to get everything back moving. With any luck I’ll at least get it...

It’s definitely a Ford motor in a jeep !! That’s some bullshit. I hooked a jump box up and it turned over. Going to check compression and buy a oil pressure gauge and see where it’s at, I wonder which one will be on the road first ?
