This ^^ can cause it, check the ground from the engine to the firewall - it's visible on the 2010 JK. Also check the resistor harness connectors from the OEM connector to the LED lights, I've never found them to snap tight to the OEM and if loose, they will flicker - they need to be a 50-watt...
